These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and Pajerototo ("we", "us", "the Platform", "the Operator"), governing your access to and use of the Pajerototo website located at pajerototo.cam and all associated services, products, software, and content (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, accessing any part of the Pajerototo platform, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any of the Services provided by this platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy, and any specific rules governing individual products such as sports betting, live casino, and slot games.

To register and maintain an account on Pajerototo, users must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must possess the full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of your country of residence;
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited under local law;
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order, voluntary or mandatory, issued by any gaming operator or regulator;
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of Pajerototo or any of its affiliated entities, game suppliers, or payment processors;
• You must not have had a Pajerototo account previously terminated for a violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Pajerototo reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Each eligible individual may register one account on Pajerototo. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.

During registration, users are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, country of residence, email address, and contact number. Pajerototo will not be liable for delays or service failures arising from inaccurate information provided at registration.

Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login credentials, including their password and any two-factor authentication codes. If you have reason to believe that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify our support team immediately via Live Chat at [email protected].

Pajerototo reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account at any time, including requesting certified copies of identity documents (MyKad or Passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts under review may have withdrawal capabilities suspended until the review is complete.

All deposits and withdrawals on the Pajerototo platform are processed exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The minimum deposit amount and minimum withdrawal threshold are as specified on the Deposits & Withdrawals page of the platform, which may be updated from time to time.

Accepted deposit methods currently include: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and direct bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and RHB. Pajerototo does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to availability. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• E-Wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay): Typically processed within 5 minutes, subject to payment provider availability;
• DuitNow / FPX: Typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes during standard Malaysian banking hours;
• Direct Bank Transfer: Typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes, subject to individual bank processing schedules.

Withdrawal processing time estimates are provided in good faith. Pajerototo does not guarantee specific processing speeds and accepts no liability for delays caused by payment provider outages, banking system maintenance, or force majeure events. All withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory KYC completion.

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other incentives offered by Pajerototo are subject to individual promotion terms, which are published in full at the time of the promotion's availability. By claiming any promotional offer, you agree to the specific terms and conditions applicable to that promotion.

General bonus terms that apply across all Pajerototo promotions include:

• Bonus funds must be wagered in accordance with the applicable wagering requirement before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn as real-money funds;
• Bonuses have a defined validity period — any unused bonus balance or associated winnings that remain at expiry will be forfeited without compensation;
• Pajerototo reserves the right to limit bonus eligibility to specific game categories, betting markets, or minimum odds thresholds as specified in each promotion's terms;
• Each promotion may be claimed once per eligible account, per promotion period, unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• Pajerototo reserves the right to withdraw any promotional offer, modify its terms, or disqualify any account from participation if there is reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse, coordinated betting, or other manipulative behaviour.

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, coordinated wagering across accounts to minimise risk, or exploitation of software errors or loopholes — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds, associated winnings, and potential account termination.

All wagers placed on the Pajerototo platform are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant betting market or game type. These rules are available within each product section of the platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

General betting rules applicable to all sports betting and live casino products include:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the platform. Bets may not be cancelled or amended after placement except in the limited circumstances outlined in the relevant product rules (e.g., "Cash Out" where offered);
• In the event of a manifest error in odds pricing — including technical errors, system malfunctions, or clearly incorrect lines — Pajerototo reserves the right to void affected bets. Determinations of manifest error are made at the sole discretion of the Operator;
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and per account, and may be adjusted at the Operator's discretion, including for accounts identified as high-frequency professional bettors;
• Pajerototo does not permit arbitrage betting, scalping, or the systematic exploitation of bonus funds in a risk-free manner. Detection of such strategies may result in stake restriction or account suspension.

For live in-play sports betting, odds fluctuate in real time based on match developments. Pajerototo does not guarantee odds availability or bet acceptance during periods of high volatility such as goal-scoring events, red cards, or injury stoppages during EPL and Liga Super Malaysia matches.

Users of the Pajerototo platform are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities. Violation of any prohibition in this section constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and the forfeiture of all account balances:

• Using the platform for any purpose other than legitimate personal entertainment betting and gaming;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, crawlers, or any non-human access method to interact with the platform;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring, or use of the platform as a mechanism to transfer funds derived from illegal activity;
• Sharing account credentials with or allowing access to your account by any third party;
• Using the platform in connection with any fraudulent payment activity, including the use of stolen credit cards, chargebacks, or payment reversal manipulation;
• Colluding with other players in live casino games to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting any software glitch, vulnerability, or technical error in the platform's favour without immediately reporting it to Pajerototo support;
• Using VPN, proxy, or IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic access restrictions or misrepresent your jurisdiction of access.

All content on the Pajerototo platform — including but not limited to software, website design, logos, graphics, text, game interfaces, and audio-visual material — is the proprietary intellectual property of the Operator or its licensed content suppliers. All rights are reserved.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to: copy, reproduce, or redistribute platform content; reverse-engineer or decompile any platform software; or create derivative works based on any Pajerototo intellectual property.

Any unauthorised use of Pajerototo's intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Pajerototo and its officers, directors, employees, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform or its services.

Pajerototo does not warrant that the platform will be available continuously or without interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, and force majeure events may cause temporary service unavailability. Pajerototo accepts no liability for losses sustained during platform downtime.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. All warranties, representations, and conditions — whether express or implied — regarding the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits Pajerototo's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Pajerototo is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all users. The platform provides tools to help users manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion.

Pajerototo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
